Featured Golf Courses by Travel Golf Vegas
- Angel Park Golf Club - Angel Park, a Spanish-style club is host to two full-length Arnold Palmer designs, the Mountain and the Palm,
as well as a par-3 and putting course. Angel Park is one of the best facilities in the Las Vegas golf scene, and was the winner of several VegasGolfer 2002 awards, including Best Value, Best 19th Hole and Best Youth Program.
- Badland's Golf Club - Opened in 1995, this Johnny Miller and Chi Chi Rodriguez design
is a target golfer’s dream. Three nines are available at the Badlands: the Desperado, the Outlaw and the Diablo. Each nine is considered one of the toughest in Las Vegas golf.
- Bear's Best Golf Club - Jack Nicklaus has selected 18 of his finest holes ever made and
brought them to Las Vegas at Bear’s Best Golf Club. Opened in 2001, Nicklaus hand-picked holes from everywhere from Arizona to Montana, making each hole a worthy signature hole.
- DragonRidge Country Club - Sculpted into the McCullough Mountains east of Henderson is DragonRidge Country Club, a beast of a course that can challenge golfers of any skill level. Designed by Jay Morris and Dave Druzisky, this premier course is steeped in tradtional Scottish heritage and fixed within the grandeur of MacDonald Highlands. The most stunning view on the course is the 18th, which if played late enough in the day has the glitzy backdrop of the Vegas strip.
- Legacy Golf Club - The Legacy Golf Club, built in 1989 by Arthur Hills literally suits Vegas on the 10th hole. Each tee box on the par 3 is crafted in the design of a heart, spade, club and diamond, in case golfers forgot just what city they are in.
- Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort - In the northwest desert outside Las Vegas are three Pete Dye masterpieces at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Club. The serenity of the land (which is the first multi-course resort built entirely on Native American soil) is one of Paiute's most noticeable assets, with fairways lined with yucca and Joshua trees.
- Revere at Anthem - Opened in 1999, Revere Golf Club in Anthem is one of the newest, elite
multi-course facilities in the southwest with the Concord and the
Lexington. Located south of Las Vegas in Henderson, these two Billy
Casper and Greg Nash designs (the duo's fifth design in Las Vegas)
are the recipient of a prime location, sitting atop one of the highest
points in the Vegas area. Revere Golf Club also has an authentic country
club feel to it, with its top-notch service and meticulous course
conditioning.
- Rio Secco Golf Club - One of the valley's top courses - price, level of difficulty and course appeal - is the Rio Secco, loacted in the east part of town roughly 15 minutes from the infamous Las Vegas Strip. Rio Secco, owned and operated by the Rio Hotel and Casino, first stands out because of its great looks. But that is just part of the allure.
- Red Rock Country Club - Gently
swaying palms, cascading waterfalls, and emerald green fairways
weave a colorful tapestry that sprawls across the rolling terrain
of what once was a desert. Here, the sculpting hands of nature and
time have been artfully aided by the timeless design of a modern
day master, Arnold Palmer.
- Siena Golf Club - Siena
Golf Club opened in June of 2000 ready to do battle
with the rest of the top courses in the Las Vegas area.
Armed with 18 masterful golf holes, 97 devilish pot
bunkers, massive three-tired greens, some of the best
course conditions west of the Mississippi, and sublime
views of the surrounding mountains, Siena declared its
arrival on the Vegas golf scene.
