a resort style pool and Jacuzzi, world-class spa, and several decadent

The resort features 541 guestrooms and suites. JW Marriott offers a full
spa for guests to indulge themselves in complete relaxation. The resort
also offers an outdoor pool, health club, whirlpool or spa. Other facilities

Pub, a Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, Cocktail lounge, 24-hour room
service and much more.
The Rampart Casino offers the most personable and friendly casino experience
that you will find in Las Vegas. Rampart Casino has the best odds in Summerlin
and better payouts than you will find on the Las Vegas Strip.
The intimate 50,000-square-foot casino floor offers a world of excitement.
In addition to the 1,100 slot, video poker, and keno machines, Rampart
Casino features 24 table games and a 115-seat Race and Sports Book
- Location - Most people want to be on or near The
Strip since that's where most of the action is. The closer to the fun
the higher the rating. Some places may get demerits for dicey neighborhoods
or if they are difficult to get in and out of.
- Price - The cheaper the better in our opinion. Lower
average prices will get higher ratings here.
- Value - You often get what you pay for so this is
where we show how much you get for what you have to spend.
- Rooms - We are rating the size, cleanliness, and
comfort of the rooms. If some rooms are good and others are not, we
average our opinion into one rating.
- Casino - We prefer open, airy, and not too loud or
bright and this rating will reflect that. Hotels without casinos automatically
get a zero. Sorry about that but we feel that you can stay in a non-casino
hotel anywhere in the world, why do it here?
- Amenities - This refers to stuff in the room like
tv's, phones, cable, hair dryers, ironing boards, bath accessories,
etc. The more stuff you get, the higher the rating.
- Facilities - This refers to stuff in the hotel like
a pool, spa, gym, roller coaster, etc. Again, the more stuff, the higher
the rating.
- Service - Fast and friendly gets a high rating here.
- Fun Factor - Las Vegas is built on the concept of
fun so here's where we rank the smile quotient, or fun factor, of each
individual place. Stuffy and uptight elegance isn't fun but neither
is a basic motel.
- Bonus Points - It's all our personal opinions but
here's where we can throw in a few extra points, or dock a few points,
based upon our experiences, whims, or moods. So there. Nyah.
